Eligibility

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 14 to 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number) is required for all returns.
Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned:

Personal care items (if opened/used)
Used or washed products
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards & e-vouchers

  • Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank provider; processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team immediately.
Swaps

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us with photos of the defect, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Logistics

Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Damaged Goods

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage/defect along with your order number for a quick resolution.
Order Changes

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12–24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
